This exhibition focuses on the journeys and roots of the Chinese community in Songkhla city, which has played a significant role in the art, culture, and economy of this region. The artists are inspired by the traces of memories from the old photographs collected by local people. Through installation art and collaboration with Chinese families in Songkhla, this exhibition will guide us to the period of time when five Chinese ethnic groups in Songkhla thrived to seek and establish their identities and belonging in Songkhla. The exhibition is held at Baan Kao Hong on Nong Jik Road, one of the original Chinese-style architectures that still stands in the old town of Songkhla.
