This home-cooking style eatery celebrates the fusion of flavors from various cultures, including Thai Buddhist, Thai Chinese, Thai Muslim, Malay, Peranakan, and Sea Gypsy. Over nine days, Ma-Table will offer a rotating menu of over 135 unique dishes, both savory and sweet. Each dish tells a story of its ingredients and family recipes, offering a deeper understanding of the region's rich culinary traditions. In addition to the delicious food, Ma-Table will host special events such as performances, cooking shows, talks, and workshops, highlighting the unique and vibrant flavors of Southern Thai cuisine.
