Participants will have the chance to taste this creation, which features a blend of fermented beef, coconut milk, and aromatic spices.
"Nang Wua" is a traditional Southern Thai method of preserving meat, where beef is marinated with salt and sugar, then left to ferment at room temperature for 6-7 days. This process results in a tangy and flavorful meat that is often made from the cow's head, including meat, skin, ears, and cartilage, to minimize food waste.
