Jaroen Arn Pharmacy reimagines the concept of a “Bookshop for Self-Healing” inspired by traditional pharmacies, where a book pharmacist offers personalized consultations and prescribes carefully selected books to support emotional healing. Visitors are invited to experience a fresh approach to self-care that integrates bibliotherapy with a range of mindful and healing activities. The space includes personal consultations and book prescriptions by book pharmacists, alongside a special exhibition — “10 Healing Journeys in Phang Nga” — which highlights activities and nature-based paths for mental restoration. It also features a Sound Healing studio that uses vibrations and frequencies to support emotional release, Art & Craft Therapy workshops to express through creativity, and sessions in meditation, mindfulness, and yoga to restore inner balance in a peaceful setting. This initiative connects the vision of “Phang Nga Positive Power” with the creation of a modern sanctuary for healing. Hosted by the team from Soul Friend & Spiritual Garden, who bring deep experience in mental wellness and holistic healing.
