Festival Menu : Matcha Latte & Dango with Palm Sugar Caramel

Dango,” a traditional Japanese sweet made from glutinous rice flour, has been reimagined into Khanom Kho, a beloved local dessert from Songkhla. This version features matcha-flavored dough, filled with palm sugar discs and white-chocolate-coated matcha wafers, then rolled in fragrant shredded coconut and topped with a caramel sauce made from palm sugar. Think of it as a dessert-inspired drink – rich, creamy, slightly salty, and delightfully sweet without being overwhelming. 😅 This special menu will be available only during Southern Design Week from August 28 – September 7!
